1. Advantages of batch grain dryers' lower body part
The lower body and the drying part of the paddy dryer machine cover are made of Masteel's high-strength plates, with excellent steel quality and high strength. The exterior is painted with a lacquer treatment, which is exquisite in appearance, corrosion-resistant and has a long service life.
2. Advantages of grain dryer machine's drying section
A. Transverse six trough drying section
The drying section adopts a horizontal six-slot structure. Compared with the traditional vertical four-slots, the drying layer is thinner, so that the grain is heated more evenly, and the drying efficiency is higher.
B. Horizontal eight-slot drying section
The drying section adopts the structure of eight horizontal grooves. Compared with the six horizontal grooves, the drying layer is thinner, so that the grain is heated more uniformly and higher efficiency.
3. Advantages of paddy grain dryer's electrical system
A. Moisture meter
The original imported moisture meter is used. This moisture meter of grain drying equipment adopts online resistance detection technology, the digital signal is not interfered, the accuracy is high, and the error can be guaranteed within 0.5%. This moisture meter can carry out one-key setting operation, which is convenient and quick.
B. Circuit control box
The circuit control box is divided into three parts: switch, control program, and electrical overload protector. The PLC control program is adopted, which can realize remote data transmission, the fault code can be converted into local language, and the operation is simple and convenient. The large-size touch screen cooperates with the traditional buttons, and the double insurance design ensures the smoothness and stability of the grain drying systems' operation.
C. Harness advantage
The wiring harness adopts aviation plug technology. The electrical control cabinet is easy to enter dust during long-term use, which will damage the internal electrical components and cause short-circuits. The aviation plug has good air-tightness to ensure the cleanliness in the control cabinet and prolong the service life of electrical components.
D. Centrifugal fan
The high-power centrifugal fan is adopted, and the air volume is large. Compared with the traditional axial flow fan, the air pressure and air volume are increased by 30%. The fan motor uses famous brand, with a power of 5.5kW, which greatly improves the drying efficiency.
E. Level meter
It adopts anti-rotation material level device, which is durable and high reliability.
4. The advantages of rice dryer's transmission system
A. Slope diversion structure
Machines cancel the upper and lower auger structure, adopt a slope diversion structure, and have a lower grain crushing rate.
B. Discharging wheel transmission
The outer part of the chain drive system of the lower body of the grain discharging wheel is made of transparent acrylic material, which is convenient for inspection and maintenance.
C. Bearing
Bearing adopts imported bearings from well-known brands (NSK, ASAHI), with larger specifications than ordinary bearings, smooth and stable operation, high overall strength and longer service life of rice grain dryer machine.
D. Total capacity
The large-scale dispersion plate of paddy rice dryer forces the rice to be evenly dispersed to the drying section, ensuring the drying quality while reducing the occurrence of bridging. The heat treatment process adopted is durable and highly reliable.
